Director Wang tensed up and answered. "We have already destroyed all the material related to radiation research. I'm sure Sun made a mistake."
"Another mistake? Director Wang, do you think I'm a fool?" asked the law enforcement team leader as he smiled and responded.
The director promptly said, "You're mistaken. That was not what I meant."
The law enforcement team leader was starting to lose his patience and did not want to waste time talking to them. He raised his head and interrupted the director. "Say no more. I have to take him today. He's now suspected of stealing academy research archives and conducting radiation research. Both of them are punishable by the law. This is a completely reasonable request."
Sun finally realized the severity of the problem. He did not know about the theft of academy research archives. He paused briefly before he explained. "Then again, maybe I was mistaken."
