Huo Yao told Min Yu to take a seat in the living room before she went to the storeroom on the ground floor.
When the maid came over with a glass of water, she could not help looking at Min Yu curiously. He was obviously very good-looking. More importantly, she wondered how he was related to Huo Yao.
Despite her curiosity, the maid did not dare to ask Min Yu any questions. After serving the water, she quickly left the living room.
Before long, Huo Yao came back with a box of incense. "This is for your grandfather."
Min Yu took the incense without any hesitation. "He keeps nagging me to bring you over for dinner."
"Huh?" Huo Yao promptly added. "I probably can't make it. I've already booked flight tickets to go back to my grandmother's place tomorrow morning. Maybe some other time."
Min Yu nodded automatically before he paused and asked in astonishment. "Aren't you leaving the day after? Why did the dates change?"
