Yuan Huan looked out of the car window once more with something on his mind just as he was turning. He finally pressed a button and closed the car window when he was no longer able to see the car in his rearview mirror.
Huo Yao placed her hand on her knee and tapped gently. She kept looking out of the car window and did not react when she saw Yuan Huan.
Min Yu failed to notice Yuan Huan. He simply raised his head, glanced at Huo Yao, and said, "I have work tonight, so I am sending you straight home."
Huo Yao finally moved her eyes and closed the car window. She nodded. "Sure thing. It's fine."
Min Yu acknowledged gently.
Before long, his phone rang. He glanced at the caller ID, put on his earphones, and answered the phone.
Yang Yi had called. The moment Min Yu answered the phone, he asked. "Yu, is Miss Huo with you now?"
