Gabby begged God to give her a break. Being the center of the crowd made her tired. It wasn't only students and schoolgirls who congratulated her, even her school made a kind of little celebration for her.
In a large, crowded hall, Gabby stood on the stage. Both of her hands were carrying a medium sized trophy and certificate. She smiled faintly when she heard compliment after compliment directed at her.
"Once again, congratulations on Gabby's victory in the inter-provincial karate competition! I hope this time's victory will be…"
Finally, the celebration ended almost ten minutes later. Gabby quickly stepped off the stage and hurried back into the chair next to Michael. Stefan who sat next to him immediately hit Gabby's back.
"Hey, is it good to be a celeb? I also want to be a famous person at school," Stefan said.
