Sophie got down from the bathtub and stroked my arm. " Mat, you are going to lie to the cops that Liam Eaton blackmailed you into doing those things. Everyone will believe you! I was in a coma, and your colleagues will sympathize with that. Can you please not freak out!"
My girl was right. I can come out of this situation without destroying myself. "But still, I will be wrecking Hannah's life! She doesn't deserve this," I blurted out.
Sophie let out a sigh. " Are you in love with Hannah? Why are you always taking her side? She is a criminal bitch who married a Drug Lord."
