Xiang Weimin was actually surprised to see that Hyson actually had so much faith in his best friend. He literally looked like he was on a casual trip around here and nothing could go wrong. Perhaps, that's the power of faith. He couldn't tell what it was but he found it quite refreshing nonetheless.
"Are you bored?" asked Hyson after another moment of silence.
"I'm not. But I believe you're bored," replied Xiang Weimin.
"How did you come to that conclusion?"
"Either you're bored or you don't like to stay quiet. I can't think of another reason why someone would be so enthusiastically talking when their life is not even guaranteed."
Hyson chuckled at his response, "Well, I agree, I'm bored. How about I sing a song for you?"
"Sing a song?" repeated Xiang Weimin as he tried to see Hyson's features in the growing darkness.
