Thomas saw Ivy approaching him and she had that fire in her eyes, it was the same fire that Noah loved that he had learned to dread. Whatever she had planned was probably idiotic, dangerous or both.
Ivy walked towards Teo and Thomas, Thomas stood with his arms folded but Teo was much more relaxed. She wasn't sure when Thomas had got here so she greeted him first, "Hey Thomas, when?..."
"No, whatever it is you're about to ask, no is the answer." Thomas interrupted her words, refusing her outright. He didn't want her to end up in any harm especially when Noah was away on business.
He glanced over her shoulder and glared at Kai. What had he asked of Ivy and what was their relationship?
Ivy laughed, she was used to her stoic guard's response by now so it didn't phase her in the least and she had of course expected some resistance. If it had just been Teo they could have left the club already, but Thomas would have questions.
