"Wait what?" Esma stopped walking as she noticed shadow soldiers in the darkness and hid behind the pillar. "Are you still mad at me for killing a few of your soldiers and leaving the golden prison you chose for me? It was weeks ago. Come on, Long Jie, you can do better than it." Esma pouted with those smudged dark brown coated lips and with a finger she wiped the kohl from the corner of her eye.
"All of more reasons to be mad at you, Esma," Long Jie said.
"Whatever!" Esma huffed.
"Now answer me clearly where on earth are you right now and what are you doing there?" Long Jie said massaging his temples. Did she had any idea the heart attack she had given him? And not to add the headache he was getting because of her.
