I woke up with a wide grin on my face as I remember the sweet moments I had with Madeline. And I can hear her steady heartbeat as she lay her head on my chest. Having my wife sleep in my arms made me smiled, and it feels surreal that I have her back. I am so grateful for the chance she gave me, and I promise myself that I will never hurt her again. And starting this moment, I will be honest with my wife even if it means breaking her heart, and I realized through open communication, we can build a stronger relationship. I was worried that time that I would hurt my wife's feelings without knowing that the effect of hiding the truth from her shattered her heart, and I almost lost Madeline.
