Luna breastfeeds Keenan and Keyra first before meeting Ethan. Then she showered, put on her best clothes that Ethan would like, then had a quick breakfast and asked Jack to take her to Ethan's office.
While on the way, Luna crossed a cake shop. it crossed her mind to buy a birthday cake to eat with Ethan later because if she had to make it with her own hands, it would take a long time, while she wanted to quickly explain what truly happened.
"Jack, stop by the cake shop for a moment," Luna exclaimed, pointing to a shop with white paint interspersed with yellow paint on each side and corner of the building. There is a poster with a picture of a beautiful woman with a luxurious red and brown cake in front of it.
Jack pulled Luna's car into the shop yard. Luna then immediately went downstairs while carrying a small bag that only fit her wallet and smartphone.
