Lily's time in hell was a bit boring. She missed the annoying man's presence. His second in command was a silent man while she was used to being loud.
Fortunately, she had an entire mansion to herself. There was no lack of food. She was given the freedom to do as she pleased as long as she won't leave the place.
The constant exhaustion was no longer there. Though her other abilities have been blocked, she was alright. The man was quite considerate and let her control her emotions.
She could turn them on and off at will. It felt quite serene. The only part she hated about being confined was that she had no friends. Neither could she step out of the house.
It wasnt that she didn't try to escape. She spent her free time looking for ways to leave. All, in vein. Lily woke up yet another day.
Her heart was misbehaving. She had no idea why things felt strange. An instinctual fear filled her heart chilling her to the bone.
