Satsuhiro
The aftermath of larger-scale battles was always a strange sight. Currently, Satsuhiro was standing on a balcony in the palace, overlooking the rest of the city.
Below, some people were moving hurriedly from one place to another, others were sitting around trying their hardest not to go to sleep. Most people's swords still had blood on them. The lack of bodies, still in the process of being cleaned out, made it seem like they were in the process of erasing everything that had happened earlier.
And this time, Satsuhiro had actively participated in the fighting. He'd even managed to level up a few times. And yet, despite having killed many demons and saved a few soldiers, all he felt was a bit of relief that it was over, and mostly nothing had gone wrong.
Though, there was still one small group of people that Satsuhiro couldn't see from up here.
