Groggy, reeling from the impact, Ash put a hand up to her head and groaned.
What the fuck just happened? She asked herself, shaking her head as she felt slightly dizzy. To her right, she could feel a massive focus of demonic energy, as though she was in front of one of the pyramids that would normally keep Niven's portals up. Concerned, she looked over to it and found Kaori.
Only, as Ash narrowed her eyes, she noticed some changes. Firstly, her horns were a lot longer and curved inwardly. Second, the stone at the end of her arm had spread all the way up to her shoulder, and, finally, her hair had grown in length as well, nearly matching Ash's own.
Ash blinked a few times as she focused up once more.
What? What did Niven do to her?
