Sometime later, Kaori was sitting across from Satsuhiro at the living room table. Yumi, Keiko, and Ash had gone out to train, while Kaori had remained at the Savior House because she wanted to tell Satsuhiro about what she had in mind.
And, because she needed to speak with Sinneah, of course, who was sitting nearby, waiting for her current conversation to be over.
"You know, it's been so long, I nearly forgot you had a Fire affinity," Satsuhiro stated.
"Yeah," Kaori nodded. "Between everything that happened in Sapphire and Onyx, we never really got the chance to dive back into those magic lessons. So," Kaori smiled up at the older Savior, "could you teach me a little of what you know?"
"Of course," Satsuhiro replied quickly. "If you're serious about learning Fire magic, you're going to have to grow your mana pool, though."
