Huo Chen's expression froze as he scrutinized her. "I was planning to meet you tomorrow to talk about this. I just didn't expect you to be so fated with the police that you'd be back here again so soon."
Chi Jiao didn't think he was complimenting her. She rubbed her nose. "I'm the victim this time."
Huo Chen leaned back in his chair, his gaze still locked on Chi Jiao. "We have indeed agreed to your plan. Now, our informant has caught up to Shen Wu's men and is tailing them. If we can successfully uproot that organization on the Forbidden Island, the police will reward you."
"There's no need for a reward." Chi Jiao smiled. "I just want to know, how will the crimes that Zhu Limin committed be dealt with?"
