Chereads / Lovely Girl from Mestonia / Chapter 38 - LGfM 38 Weird dream

Chapter 38 - LGfM 38 Weird dream

It was late at night, Petra and friends had slept in their respective rooms for a long time and took them to dreamland. Many things that happened this afternoon made Petra sleep poorly. Even Petra had nightmares about it. Weird dream.

In a dream, Petra sees a two-story house painted ivory. Around the house, to the right of the house, there are rows of olive trees as far as the eye can see to the hill behind the house. Meanwhile, on the left side of the house, ivory coconut trees are lined up to the edge of the white sand beach. Beaches with rocks around the shoreline, such as those on the Fatamorgana beach.

Not far from the two-story house there was a field the size of a tennis court overgrown with one foot high weeds. In this clearing, a little girl who is no more than two years old is running after her parents spread out the corners of the field. The little girl was so excited, it was clear from how crunchy she laughed.

However, the joy did not last long. Suddenly, out of nowhere, flames were spreading from the direction of the shoreline. It continued to creep up on the coconut trees and then the ivory yellow house slowly caught fire.

The little girl was crying in her mother's arms. Meanwhile, the father tries to extinguish the fire that is burning their house with a force that Petra can't believe. The man could make fire but it was blue and miraculously the blue flames seemed to be fighting a red fire that was trying to burn the house. Slowly but surely their house could be saved even though there were still small red sparks around the house.

Then, it was the child's mother's turn to stand beside their house. The woman made a drizzle of rain from above the sky. Only the clouds above the house were thick black clouds. Raindrops fell from the cloud without the thunder. Flushed the remains of the burning fire, saving their homes and burning trees.

Gray smoke billowed from the remains of the burning coconut tree trunk, causing the little girl to cry and cough. The little girl was looking for her parents, who suddenly disappeared as if they were swallowed up by the earth.

There, in front of the tiny house that was half burned, the little girl roared for her mother and father. There was only the wind blowing hard in response to the little girl's call. That thing made the little girl cry even louder and sounded sad. Until it made Petra wake up with a muffled scream.

Cold sweat ran all over Petra's body. Panting like running fast. Then, when Petra tried to look around the darkroom. The wall clock said three in the morning. It was too early to wake up but Petra couldn't continue sleeping. The dream shook Petra to the point of making her body shiver with horror.

"Why ... why do I feel that that little child is me?" Petra whispered very softly.

Put Petra's hands on his chest. Still trying to catch his breath and trying to convince himself that it was just a dream, not a part of his past that he can't remember.

….

They parted ways beside the black car of the Levi family.

Petra followed his three friends to the Hime family's inn while Lyon carried Chia who was asleep and then put her favorite niece to sleep with her little girl in the back seat. In the next second, Lisa appeared, running exhausted with wet hair as if she had just washed her hair.

Lisa stops beside the open car door where Chia is sleeping inside. The woman stood on her hips while controlling her breath to return to normal. Lisa looked around the parking lot which still looked busy even though the match ended an hour ago. Night had fallen, blanketing the racetrack and the streetlights beginning to light up.

"Thank you, Lyn. Lucky I was able to escape. Otherwise, maybe I'm still stuck with their trash talk. You woman, neither old nor young age, love gossiping, and misplaced curiosity. must wait for all the chirping crowds there. " complained Lisa who was sitting beside Chia.

"I'm not the place where you complain, remember that. And your parable of the crow is not bad. But ... come to think of it, aren't you a woman too, Lisa?" grumbled Lyon who was sitting in the front seat beside the driver in his usual cold tone.

Sneering at his brother's words without thinking like that was not one or two times Lyon did. Almost all their lives they can debate and every chance he gets he will do it. More precisely they will do it anywhere. Especially in a car like this. And Lyon's words just now were just the beginning. The next round will start soon.

Meanwhile, the driver could only sleep tightly trying to hold back his laughter. Since a long time ago, these two brothers were never correct in their words. But the driver understands that they love each other more than anything else in this world.

Only their way is not appropriate in conveying their feelings. The problem is that in the circle of the Levi family there are no guidelines or procedures for conveying opinions or thoughts to other family members.

"So you mean I should talk to Petra instead of my biological sister?" avoided Lisa did not accept. Roughly pushing her wet hair back with her left hand.

"That's better. If he just wants to wait on the babble of a witch-like you," said Lyon not wanting to lose in a debate in the unknown.

"It doesn't matter if I'm close to Petra, is that so? You won't be jealous, right? Besides, this witch can still help take care of your toy called CoMet and other things you can't do." joked Lisa raised an eyebrow.

"Jealous? Don't joke. How could I be jealous of a witch-like you? What you just said made me have a stomach ache. Oh yeah, what kind of food did Petra buy, why did I have a real stomachache." giddy Lyon, unconsciously his hands held his stomach reflexively. Like something feels hot in one part.
