Wren waited in teacher Meng's room until he woke up. The oyster, who was in his room also was waiting for that.
It was awkwardly silent.
To fill it up, Wren started to small talk with him. "So.... you're an oyster. I've never seen you in our clan though. I have been to northern clans as well. I distinctly remember everyone's faces. I've definitely never seen you."
The guy just glanced at him with a raised brow without any answer.
"Were you born here on the shores of rene... or.."
"I hate small talk. Shut up,"
"Sorry...." Wren once again was surrounded by that awkward silence.
A small mumble was heard.
Both of them glanced towards Meng lei anxiously.
The second Meng lei woke up, that man just rushed up to him and hugged him tightly. "You scared me.... who was the guy who hurt you? Tell me, I'll behead him on your behalf,"
