Chapter Forty-six
McKenna sat down and had time to compose herself before the laughter died down. Aera gave her a reassuring smile while Jada smiled seductively at the good professor, McKenna could see she liked the professor or… maybe she had a really alluring smile but either way, McKenna had to compose herself long enough to stop herself from stuttering when she answers the Professor's question.
McKenna tucked her stubborn hair behind her ear and let out air through her mouth. Then the laughter in the auditorium died down and she had to stand up and prove she deserved to be in Canada.
"I think the management program prepares us, the students to become effective members of organizations and…." McKenna wanted to go on but someone interrupted her.
