Izekiel and Nesrin left the tavern and once more they were greeted with the cruel winds of the north.
"Ezra," she glanced at him, "So many years passed after Lady Macbeth visited the palace, so why did you decide to visit Souhlan now?"
He was silent for some time but his eyes looked like a deep weight had settled in his heart. Izekiel averted his gaze at her and replied.
"Although Lady Macbeth had left suddenly, his grand majesty had a small talk with her. But she was delirious, forgetful, and mostly spoke in a way that was hard to understand. Her sentences were broken... just like it later happened with my father," his gaze turned distant, "Just like it happened with that old waiter."
Nesrin can not understand what he was trying to say. so she waited for him to continue.
"In the short coherent conversation, Lady Macbeth revealed that there is a demon in the town who tainted everyone. He caused people to gradually lose their sanity."
