Johanna shuddered as soon as Seraphine brought up her love confession to Terrence.
Beatrice already managed to get a bit closer to James, and Agnes finally had the opportunity to open up to Benjamin. While they may not be confessions of love, Seraphine is certain that they're getting there.
She didn't expect that it would be that easy, anyway. When she read the letters that they sent to her before, which all narrated the current status of their relationship with their targets of admiration, she knew that it would still take some time for them to confess their true feelings. What's important for now is to draw them closer to one another. They need to have the courage to step up and approach them first – to develop their relationship, that is.
For Johanna, however, even that is just as hard as confessing to Terrence.
"He's a massive flirt, you see. A notorious playboy…" she told Seraphine then, thinking that it would probably be hopeless.
