The sight only brought restlessness to each one of them. At this moment Austin felt his soul almost lifting up from this world itself. "Jennifer.."
Muttering her name in between, what came in his view was something unexpected.
Jennifer was lying on the floor with her hand covered in blood. Her face was covered with the flap of her hair yet the mess that she created wasn't missed from their eyes.
At the same time, Hannah immediately stepped in, behind Austin and yelled Jennifer's name on the top of her lungs. "JEN!!"
Walking towards her through the pieces of the broken vase, she finally came to the lady and tried to shake Jennifer's face but to no avail did she wake. "Jennifer!! Open your eyes. Oh my Gosh.. Austin! There is a lot of blood on her hand."
"Umm? Ye..yeah!" He was pulled out of his daze when Hannah called his name.
Instead of straight, he walked to her side and said, "Let me carry her to the end first."
