"Ja-Javier…"
Jennifer sensed a different feeling flowing through her heart. It made her legs go weak and her half-opened eyes were at the bay of being shut down.
But just one pull lifted her from the ground. She felt her head was kept at the thigh of someone.
"Jennifer… Jennifer.. open your eyes." Javier instantly tapped on her pale skin to make her regain her consciousness. He found her eyelashes moving slightly, which made him a bit relaxed to know that she hasn't fainted yet.
"Sh... Jennifer.." While Javier's face indicated as if a ghost had haunted him. He couldn't believe that his dear wife was lying in this condition on the road.
Without thinking twice, Javier lifted Jennifer from the ground in his bridal style. Bringing her into his car, he opened the door of the passenger seat and helped her to sit there.
