At night, An Luxia faced Mo Han, her face buried inside his warm chest with her eyes closed.
Mo Han stared at her in the darkness, gentleness plastered all over his face. Maybe it was because people are more vulnerable at night, but Mo Han couldn't stop himself from asking:
"Luxia. . ."
"Huh?" An Luxia replied softly, almost asleep already.
However, Mo Han was still fully awake, "Luxia, do you like me. . . more now?"
An Luxia didn't respond for several seconds, and it almost sounded like she was asleep already.
"Xiaxia?" Mo Han asked softly, wondering if she was asleep.
"Huh?" An Luxia replied again, even softer this time.
Mo Han took a deep breath before asking again, "Do you like me now? I mean. . . Not just my appearance. . . Me?"
He asked cautiously. In the dark, his eyes stared at her eagerly, anticipating her response.
