Zhu Kang glanced back. Aaron's car was in the parking lot. 'Why is he even trying to hide things from me? His lies are so obvious…' he thought as he rushed into his department.
On the way, he noticed an anxious-looking Jake waiting nearby.
"Kong! Wait a minute," he ran to him. "Have you seen Altren? I couldn't find him anywhere… he said he will be here,"
The image of Altren's collapsed form on the sofa came up n his mind. Kang shook his head. "don't know. Aren't you his boyfriend?" he pretended to be cool.
Jake frowned. "He is my boyfriend. That's why I'm worried he might be in trouble,"
"Just go to class. He might be running late," he was about to leave but his legs paused. "when.. when did you and Altren get together?"
Jake just gave him a smile. "we were always meant to be. It just happened like magic…."
