Liam felt the pressure crushing him ease up a little so he hurriedly took a few mouthfuls of fresh air to gather himself and calm down.
"Speak up, brat. Why did that old man send you here?" The elf did not care about his plight and only asked him what he wanted to know. "Speak up fast."
"He wanted me to… cough… train under-" Liam only just started to explain when he was quickly interrupted.
"Stop right there." Another loud laughter rang out. Liam looked up to see the elf casually walking out of the hall as if whatever was going on had nothing to do with him any longer.
