After a few hours, Meredith woke up to a place that seemed to be hidden underground the ruins where the Incubus Denver took her. She sat up slightly, wincing when she felt a pang of pain on her leg muscle.
The moment she looked at it, she hitched a breath, the blood already dried up as a cloth was wrapped around it. It looked ghastly, making her wonder if she's able to escape from this place wherever she is as the moment.
She looked at her surroundings, left and right, and then all around and saw that the place is indeed underground, only moonlight illuminating the place.
