Cain shouldn't be the one giving out explanation of the new software. Something like that was supposed to be handled by his staff.
But along the way, there was something like a strong, irrefutable force pulling him –– urging him to come out and give the speech himself. He didn't know why but he couldn't seem to disobey that pull.
