He slowly turned around, his gaze flickering as he noticed a smirk on Lekhman's lips. "What... do you mean by that?" he inquired, and Lekhman smiled at him before placing the teacup on the table and interlocking his hands. "I'm not surprised at all that he didn't tell you that he was your mate." He chuckled softly and a deep frown formed between his brow. "That's…impossible! I can't be his mate!" he exclaimed, his eyes irritated, and Lekhman arched his brow at him. "Why not?"
"Do-do you really have to ask me that? That's impossible because we're both me-men. Plus, I'm not of your species!" Lekhman's face lit up with amusement as he said this. "So you think you really love that girl?" he asked and Shawn nodded confidently. "I do."
