The light in the bar was dim, save for the disco ball that sent twinkles all across the dance floor. Bodies swayed and moved against each other, and the air was filled with the scent of sweat, smoke and alcohol. Yes it was a cheap place but it was precisely because of that reason that people chose to spend their merry time of the weekend here.
Laughter and drunken smiles could be spotted in each of their faces, except one man who chose a seat in the corner of the lounge where he could still see the entirety of the dance floor but other people wouldn't be able to spot him due to the dark shadows.
"What's wrong with you?" The bartender slid a glass of martini to him and jested with a smile. "Dumped by your boyfriend?"
Regius sighed listlessly. "I think it would be better if I am indeed dumped by my boyfriend."
