The villain in this world was Oliver, an Omega prince of the Alaze Kingdom. Upon birth, he showed signs of fragile health and compared to his half siblings who at least had prominent beast marks, he only had slightly unusual slit eyes which wouldn't be noticeable unless one looked at him closely.
