The sunlight served as a backdrop to his spiral horns and wide, breathtaking wings. Despite merely standing there, it was as if people could sense the power and commanding aura that he exuded.
Oliver found himself unable to take his eyes away—like how it had always been—when the Alpha took off surging up to the sky before diving straight on to the stage, landing perfectly with grace. His wings folded as his eyes landed on Ryan who stared at him with a sneer. "Show off," he mouthed, to which Lu Yizhou responded with only a slight movement of his raising brow.
Instead, he turned his head, eyes parting through the crowd until they landed on the wide-eyed Oliver.
