Chapter 169: Please find me
Tamil stopped the car in front of a large building and got out. He stood still for two minutes and watched the building as he waited peacefully for Pepper to get down from the car.
Pepper looked around and she took the surroundings in as slowly as humanly possible.
Tamil didn't fail to notice the sour look on her face and he reacted accordingly.
"It's only temporary until we can get you settled into something more permanent"
Pepper didn't speak immediately.
"This looks…sad. If a building can be sad, this will be the look"
She closed her eyes and exhaled. Tamil waited for a couple of seconds before he spoke. He watched her closely, she looked like she was about to pop a stitch or shit her pants or maybe she was praying but whatever it was she looked serious.
"What are you doing?"
