Lilly Rose pulled the sleeve of her coat because she was feeling nervous. She was just sitting in the passenger seat, the car aircon was on but she could feel some beads of sweat at the back of her nape.
She stole a quick glance at her husband who seemed to be looking extra hot and handsome tonight. She swallowed a lump at the back of her throat when her brain went wayward, thinking of something that was off the rail. There were a lot of changes in Matthew's behavior but she didn't think that it would involve something that would make the two of them end up in bed.
Not tonight and most probably not ever. She heaved a deep breath and turned her attention outside.
Matthew came home early because today was the last day of her exam. When he told her that he would take her to Matsugen after her exam week, she was giddy with the idea of it but she didn't think that Matthew would actually do it.
