Chapter 99 - Provoking Her

"Mom, I'm feeling much better. My fever's gone. Don't worry." With a smile, Mo Rao pulled out a chair and sat down. Her voice was soft and soothing.

Mo Wan gave Mo Rao a meaningful look. "It's good that your fever has subsided."

"Aye." Nodding, Mo Rao bent down to eat her breakfast.

Mo Wan placed a bowl of milk in front of Mo Rao. "Drink some milk."

Mo Rao took the cup and smiled sweetly. "Okay, thank you, Mom."

Seeing Mo Rao smile, Mo Wan was happy.

She said, "Your health is really worrying. I'll get the kitchen staff to make more delicious food tonight. Do you want to eat king crab? Or Australian lobster? These foods are nourishing."

They were all seafood. Mo Rao wanted to vomit when she thought of the fishy smell of seafood.

She couldn't seem to accept the smell now.

"Mom, I want to eat something spicy," Mo Rao said honestly.

She just had to eat less of it. At least her stomach felt better.
