Tilla’s heartbeat became even louder when she saw Vincent stutter. For some reason, she liked seeing him behaving unlike his usual self. And now that she got a proper look at him, his fangs didn’t look that scary. It somehow elevated his charm even more.
“Yes, sure.” She smiled softly and nodded her head. “I will go and call him right away.” She gestured at the chair and said, “You can make yourself comfortable.”
Vincent, on the other hand, was enchanted by the soft voice of Tilla. And he also couldn’t ignore the drumming of Tilla’s heart, which enticed his other senses. He began salivating uncontrollably while imagining himself feeding on Tilla.
Just when Tilla grabbed the door handle and unlocked the door, Vincent swooshed forward and grabbed onto Tilla’s hand. He gently pushed Tilla’s hand, and along with it, he also pushed the door close.
