Chapter 26 - Horseback Riding

Kalea was a little uncomfortable when her cheek was gently patted several times. She opened her eyes and the first sight she saw was the handsome face of a prince, none other than Arthur. He smiled a smile sweeter than honey and his aura was brighter than the bright sun.

"Morning, Sweeatheart," Arthur greeted.

"Morning ...." The girl woke up from her sleep, Kalea's life still not fully gathered.

"Get ready, I have prepared clothes for you today," Arthur said as he got out of bed. The man was as usual well-groomed and the masculine fragrance that filled the corner of the room was there. Kalea still did not understand what Arthur meant. She was still lost in thought, and pulled back the covers to sleep. "Hey, little girl. Who told you to go back to sleep?" Arthur snatched the blanket.

"Where are we going? You didn't tell me anything," Kalea protested as Arthur disturbed her sleep.

"Really? I seem to have forgotten," Arthur replied with a shy smile. Kalea snorted in annoyance. "You'll know once you're there. So now you have to take a bath or do you want me to bathe you?" Arthur offered, a mischievous smile already etched on his face.

Kalea quickly got out of bed and headed for the bathroom, ignoring the man's teasing. Arthur just laughed crisply, he would wait in the living room while reading the news that appeared today.

Not long after that, Kalea appeared wearing only a white towel wrapped around her beautiful body. "Arthur, you said you had prepared clothes for me. What kind of clothes?" Kalea asked.

Arthur looked at Kalea without blinking, even though it was clear what was under the towel, it still made Arthur tempted. As if knowing what Arthur was thinking and imagining, Kalea scowled. "Put your perverted brain away and answer my question, Uncle," Kalea admonished Arthur to regain his senses.

"Uncle? Are you calling me uncle again?" protested Arthur.

"Why are you focusing on things that don't matter anyway ...."

"Now just wear something you're comfortable in, you'll change clothes after you're there," Arthur replied as he refocused on his ipad. He didn't want to look at Kalea for too long, something might wake up in him.

Kalea complied and went back to her walk in closet to get dressed. Once everything was ready, she approached Arthur. "Come on."

Arthur turned off his ipad and looked at Kalea's current appearance. The girl really never disappointed him. "You're always amazing, Lea," Arthur complimented, his gaze not leaving the girl. Looking from the top of her head to the flatshoes Kalea was wearing.

"You too," Kalea replied a little embarrassed.

"What's wrong with me?"

"Always ...." Kalea bit her lower lip, she was a little unwilling to admit the man's good looks. Arthur would definitely grow a bigger head.

"I'm handsome? I knew it."

What Kalea said was that Arthur was very narcissistic.

*

Kalea didn't expect Arthur to take her to a horse riding training center. Sports for the upper class again, how many luxurious activities did Arthur actually do? Arthur told her to wear the clothes he gave her. Kalea just obeyed, and put on a special maroon riding outfit and tight black pants. Not forgetting her special shoes. After that she returned to Arthur who had already finished changing.

Arthur was talking to a man who had a thin beard around his jaw. "Come here," Arthur told Kalea to come closer.

"Your girlfriend?" the man asked but Arthur just smiled and the man did not ask any further questions.

"Lea, this is my friend." Arthur introduced them to each other.

"Max," the man said as he extended his hand for a handshake.

Kalea accepted the gesture, smiling slightly. "Kalea."

"So I'm taking her to try horseback riding. Can you find a suitable horse for her?" Arthur asked.

"Sure. Let's go," said Max, heading to where the horses were. Again, Kalea had something new in her life. She was excited when she went inside and saw the many different horses.

Until they stopped in front of a white horse that was eating. Max petted the horse gently. "Her name is Elice, she is obedient and quieter than her friends."

"She's looks like Lea," Arthur murmured, causing Kalea to immediately glance at him.

"But she's a bit sensitive, so she has to be treated very kindly and gently," Max continued. "Are you interested in riding her?" the man asked Kalea.

"Eh? Will... I be okay?" asked Kalea innocently making Max blink. He was a little scared because this was the first time he was going to ride a horse. Honestly, Kalea loved animals but for some reason whenever she got close and wanted to touch, the animals were always afraid and protected themselves. Once when Kalea wanted to hold a cat, it clawed her hand.

She was repeatedly rejected by the cute animals, leaving her traumatized.

Arthur chuckled amusedly, he ruffled Kalea's ponytailed mane. "As long as you don't act up, Elice will be good to you," he said soothingly.

"... when did I act up?"

"That's why you have nothing to fear."

Max laughed softly at the interaction between the two. "Horses know very well what intentions are in our hearts, just relax. Even if you fall down, she won't step on you as long as you don't stand behind her. Because then you might get kicked," Max said with a sweet smile. He may have meant to calm Kalea down, but it scared her even more.

In the end, Elice was chosen. The horse was taken out to the riding arena. Max did not accompany her as Arthur himself would teach Kalea. Elice was ready with all the equipment already attached to her body.

"No need to panic, you have to stay calm on Elice's back," Arthur said as he put the helmet on Kalea. Arthur's horse was not far from them, jet black in color and named Nat.

"Your horse is handsome, Arthur," Kalea praised as she looked at Arthur's horse.

"Of course, just like the owner."

Kalea immediately regretted complimenting the man.

"Do you want to go up by yourself or do you want me to help you? Arthur asked.

"Which is better?" Kalea asked back.

"I'll help you up, after that you'll have to learn to ride on your own," Arthur replied, looking serious.

"Okay. Wait, can I ask you something?"

"Sure, what is it?"

"Do... you also bring other women to places like this?" asked Kalea a little hesitantly but she was very curious.

"Never, only you get special treatment from me," Arthur replied with his usual sweet mouth.

Kalea looked lazily at the man. "Yeah, yeah. I trust you."

"I'm serious. All I do with others is play in bed or spend money on branded items they want," Arthur continued. Kalea was a little impressed that he was telling the truth. There was a slight sense of pride in that, though she shouldn't take what came out of Arthur's mouth too seriously.

Arthur lifted Kalea's body onto Elice's saddle. Kalea tried her best to stay calm because she didn't want to make Elice afraid of her.

"Position your body as comfortably as possible, you should have a heart-to-heart talk with Elice," Arthur continued.

"Huh? Do I have to?"

Arthur nodded.

Kalea brought her face closer to Elice, she petted the horse gently. "My name is Kalea, it's nice to meet you, Elice. I hope we can be good partners and I promise not to hurt you," Kalea whispered softly. She didn't want Arthur to hear it because it was a little embarrassing. The girl cleared her throat. "I already did."

Then Arthur told Kalea what to do, he kept telling her not to hesitate and panic because Elice would find out. After feeling ready, Kalea tried to walk with Elice. The girl kept thinking positively to drive away her fear. Everything seemed to be going well.

Until Kalea panicked when Elice walked faster and she unconsciously pressed her thighs tighter, making Elice startle and rebel. The girl lost her balance and slipped out of Elice's body and fell to the ground.

"Lea!" shouted Arthur.
