The Light energy helped Annalise to see across the Realms, witnessing the ongoing battle in the Mortal and Midnight Realms. Everything looked under control except... the dark energy that had entered every Realm and kingdom to destroy the rest of the world. It was burning trees, contaminating water, and destroying buildings.
Though it hadn't found the citizens hiding in two different secret hideouts, it wouldn't take too long for it to find them and devour them as well if no one stopped it.
Annalise opened her eyes when she felt the fluttering sound of wings. This time, she recognized one of the pixies - Woozi, he along with a few other pixies, had returned inside the cave.
"What is it?" She asked when she noticed the worry on their faces.
"That dark energy outside, it's about to penetrate through our veil," Woozi answered and the panic was clear in his voice.
