Sir Kit was silent. He could not bring himself to question the Princess at all.
Sir Kit always knew that Princess Eleanor was here because she had some motive. There was something that had made her pull every trick in the book to try and come to the Beaumont mansion. He had even tried and made Lady Gisella agree to find out Princess Eleanor's motive and yet it was something so simple.
"Say something," Princess Eleanor's voice was low. No matter how hard she tried she could not bring herself to question the man who was sitting in front of her.
Princess Eleanor was well aware that it would be hard for Sir Kit to agree to her. After all, he was the one who served the Grand Duke. Trust was important to all the knights. It was their honor. So how could she expect Sir Kit to agree so easily?
