"HAHA! WE DID IT!" Kadi stood on top of a barrier declaring victory over the soldiers. All the soldiers were dead after continuous fighting. Lou had dealt with the squad who seemed threatening with absolute ease. Despite their appearance, it turned out they were spoilt kids who so happen to have special essence.
"I didn't think Kadi had it in her." Akira was shocked to see Kadi celebrating her victory. It was reassuring she was able to overcome the initial kill, but now it felt like she was a part of the squad.
"I think we will call it the Lou effect." Reia could see the young Lou in Kadi which was a very terrifying thought.
"Good name, but we should hurry, no idea if more are coming." Without knowing if the enemy could communicate there was a chance for another battalion of soldiers to come. So without wasting any time, they quickly approached making sure Kadi sees them as the survivors might think they are enemies.
