On the other side, Aoi had the same approach but was much more silent this time and did not attract any attention. Many survivors looked at Aoi, confused and scared, with a few looking somewhat hopeful.
Ignoring their looks, Aoi pulled up her hoodie and mask while walking to the door but was stopped by one of the survivors.
"W-what are you doing here?" A relatively young boy stood in front of the door, and Aoi almost wanted to be nice but knew they couldn't afford to take in people.
With a stern look, Aoi pushed the young boy aside and exited the room without glancing at him. This crushed the boy's hope, and he became angry as he didn't understand why the women that broke in wouldn't help.
Many of the adults understood, but for the young, it was a very hard scene to comprehend.
