Lexi openly glared at the newcomer.
"What did you do to her?!" she seethed.
Jeff was at first, confused, when he saw Alicia, he was stunned.
"A - Alice - " he stuttered. Despite being smack a few feet away he crawled just to reach out and touch Alice's hand.
Seeing this frail looking human dare to place his paw on her precious Alicia, Lexi exploded.
"What are you - "
"Let him." Aiden softly commanded.
Lexi stiffen.
Because the Master commanded so, she watched as Jeff sat on the ground and tentatively caressed Alicia's cheek.
He kept murmuring her name like it was the only word he knew.
Lexi was still apprehensive. She doesn't trust this man. Mainly because she knew what dead souls looked like she was sure this man was no longer alive. He shouldn't be here.
But here he was.
And there's another stronger and more powerful scent lingering in his body.
