"Your Grace..." Weinlor turned to King Jian for help to stop Neveah's interrogation but King Jian cut him off before he could complete his words.
"You, stay out of it." King Jian ordered, watching the events playing out before him with an eerie calm.
"As I have said, the last face I saw before I lost consciousness was indeed Lady Adrienne of the Fae and I stand by my word so if you have no concrete proof otherwise, I'm done with you. " Neveah finished.
"That'll be all, Your Grace. I believe we can only move forward when Lady Adrienne is here. She would be in the best position to explain why exactly she was at the academy on that night." Neveah turned her attention to King Jian.
"I have men out looking for her, she will be brought before the council in no time." Kirgan reported to King Jian.
