It was the crack of dawn marking the beginning of a new day and it was greeted by the booming beats of the war drums that echoed across the plains.
It was not just any new day, it was the day Neveah had chosen... the day the hidden city would be brought to light.
Finally, the map Neveah had been crafting was ready and so was the fourth squadron.
"My Lady, the three teams have made their move as you instructed, all seven outposts of the dwarves are under attack!" Lodenworth reported as he strode into Neveah's tent.
Neveah stood behind her desk, setting the last few buttons of her rider suit as she stared down at the map laid out before her.
"How long?" Neveah asked, slowly lacing up her arm band. It was the first time since arriving the dwarven outpost that Neveah would put on her rider suit.
