Honestly, that seemed a little far stretched.
There was no way that she would not come out for breakfast, even late, and he would let it go. Her father would knock at the door and then come in to check on her. Honestly, why could she not have a relationship with her, where he did not go through his children?
Maybe, she could fake a fever or a headache of some kind. Nope, that would not work as well. He would call in a doctor and get her on medicines and bed rest immediately. If it actually turns out to be something serious, this time he was going to get her a nurse too.
