"I have seen that woman before!" Aliah paced inside her office. It was her first time seeing Ava yet for some reason, it was as if she had some sort of connection to the woman. She felt the same connection that she had with her son, Nero.
"How is that possible?" she muttered.
How could a human— a witch at that have her blood?
In fact, Aliah was there to kill Ava. Yes. She was to capture Ava and make her suffer until her death. She could easily do that. Not one person in this world was more powerful than her. But she couldn't.
How could she hurt someone who had the same smell as her son?
Aliah bit her lower lip. This is impossible.
"Madame…"
The voice of her assistant interrupted her stupor. She frowned and looked at the man.
"What is it?"
"We have already released the other ten hybrids all over the US and another five in Europe. All we need to do is wait for the chaos to start."
