Luna peeped through her squinted eyes that Danish shut his eyes while her hand was fumbling the tile to reach his phone; slipping behind the door, she quickly wore her pajama after grabbing it from the floor.
Danish, getting his phone back, swiftly checked the caller; once her mother's number appeared on the screen, he called her back in worry.
"Mom…where have you been?" Danish was unable to restrain himself from questioning his mother's whereabouts.
"Danish…" The wail of his mother calling his name was the first thing he heard from the other line, not her verbal reply to his query.
"Mom…are you crying?"
"Danish…please help us." Sandra was still crying.
In an impatient tone, Danish inquired. "Where are you now, Mom?"
"I don't even know where we are..but Ana and I are in the desolate area with the old buildings in our surroundings." With her intermittent voice, she described the place where she and Ana were stranded.
