When the prime minister asked, the messenger gulped and slowly replied, as if afraid that the prime minister would lose control again.
"That...we did send some people to follow the boys, but they're really careful, and we lost them."
"We also sent people to investigate their identities, but we can't find anything."
The messenger paused for a while before speaking while twisting his fingers nervously.
"I think the boys disguise themselves when they visit the festival. That's why it's hard to find their real identities."
The prime minister raised an eyebrow, and before he could get mad, his attention went to what the messenger said at the end of his report.
"The boys disguise themselves...commoners don't need to do this. I think these boys should be noble children."

The messenger was obviously excited that the prime minister didn't seem to get angry.
