Pinra's nails dug deep into the wall as she made another mark for herself that day. For yet another day, she woke up once more inside the cell where she had been detained.
"It's been ten days already, Father," she murmured with a smirk as she stared at the wall in front of her.
The visage of her father remained there beside her, keeping her company as if to stop her from descending into complete madness. Although, Pinra couldn't help but wonder if it was truly her father's ghost or if it was merely an illusion formed by her frayed mind. Maybe it was both? Then again, who even cares?
