Ruffling my ears, my mother finally let me go, her eyes glowing with warmth as she smiled down at me.

Finally, Anput and Leone both smiled at me, though Leone was smiling at me in congratulations, while Anput was grinning as she looked me over, her eyes shining slightly with desire.
