Knowing that they were going to the hospital, Yun Shu decided to change her clothes and applied light makeup.
When they walked down the apartment, Yun Shu noticed that there was already a car waiting for them.
A middle-aged man stepped out of the vehicle and her mother-in-law introduced him as Uncle Liu, the driver at their house.
Yun Shu followed her mother-in-law and slid into the passenger's seat without knowing where they were heading to.
A few minutes later, the car turned at a junction and Yun Shu began to realize where they were heading. Yun Shu turned to her mother-in-law and asked, "Mom, we're going to the hospital?"
Feng Jia Li smiled. "Mmm... Qi Zheng is busy working at the hospital today. I just thought that we could visit him and send some food over."
Her son and Yun Shu got married after knowing each other for a short time.
Feng Jia Li wanted to take this opportunity to bring the couple closer while introducing her daughter-in-law to Qi Zheng's co-workers.
Yun Shu hesitated. "But mom, Qi Zheng should still be in an important surgery at this time, right?"
"If he's still in surgery, then we will go and delivery some food before we leave."
Yun Shu was still worried. Her relationship with Qi Zheng was only contractual. She did not want to cause him trouble by showing up at the place he worked at.

Uncle Liu took some insulated food containers out of nowhere and passed them to Yun Shu.
Looking at the food container made Yun Shu realize that her mother-in-law has been planning this visit for a long time.
Then, Yun Shu followed her mother-in-law and entered the hospital building together.
This was not the first time Feng Jia Li come to the hospital. Therefore, she could move around freely.
The elevator door slid open with a ding. Yun Shu followed her mother-in-law out and walked over to the nurse's station.
A young and energetic nurse greeted them with a bright smile on her face. "Auntie Feng, hello."
"Nurse Tian." Feng Jia Li spoke. She swept her gaze around the place and asked, "Is Doctor Qi still in the operation theatre?"
"Auntie Feng, I heard that he had just finished his surgery," Nurse Tian spoke. "They are in the middle of finishing. Doctor Qi should come out anytime soon."
Yun Shu was surprised and Feng Jia Li was happy that she will get to see her son very soon.
"Auntie Feng, why don't you go and wait for Doctor Qi in his office?" Nurse Tian spoke. "I will let him know that you are waiting for him when he comes over."
"Then, I will go and wait for him in his office." Feng Jia Li turned to Yun Shu and extended her hand to her. "That's right. Nurse Tian, let me introduce you to my daughter-in-law. Yun Shu. Yun Shu, this is Nurse Tian. She is the nurse in the same department as Qi Zheng."
Nurse Tian looked at Yun Shu and smiled. "Hello." A few seconds later, her expression froze. Nurse Tian glanced at Feng Jia Li again and spoke, "Auntie Feng, since this is your daughter-in-law, then, she should be Doctor Qi's wife?"
Feng Jia Li laughed happily. "Un. You are right." She inched closer and whispered, "The two of them received a marriage certificate recently."
"So it was like that." Nurse Tian peeked at Yun Shu a few times. "We haven't heard anything about Doctor Qi's dating life. But now, he married a wife secretly."
Feng Jia Li patted Yun Shu's hand a few times. "Nurse Tian, help me to look after Yun Shu."
"Mmm... Auntie, don't worry. I will look after Doctor Qi's wife." Nurse Tian turned to Yun Shu and spoke. "Madam, please don't hesitate to come to me if you need help. If Doctor Qi is not available, you can always find me."
"Please, just call me Yun Shu."
Nurse Tian nodded. "Yun Shu."
Yun Shu smiled shyly. She did not expect that when she comes to the hospital, her mother-in-law would introduce her to Qi Zheng's co-worker.
She began to worry that Qi Zheng would be unhappy because of this.
"Yun Shu, let's go and wait for Qi Zheng in his office." Feng Jia Li turned around and led Yun Shu to Qi Zheng's office. As they walked into the room, Feng Jia Li did not forget to tell Yun Shu that she can come and look for Qi Zheng at the hospital as his wife.
In the past, Qi Zheng has been single for too long that some rumors began to spread about it. As the mother, Feng Jia Li had naturally heard about it.

Just then, the door was pushed and a man in his white coat appeared.
Qi Zheng swept his gaze around the room. His gaze stopped at Yun Shu for a few seconds before he looked at his mother. Qi Zheng had already heard from Nurse Tian that a few guests were waiting for him in his office.
"Mom." He let out a helpless sigh as he looked at her mother. "Why are you here?"
"Just now, I went out to see Yun Shu hoping to help her with her move," Feng Jia Li spoke. "Seeing that she was done with everything, I asked her to accompany me to visit you. The two of you had only gotten married recently. You should want to spend some time together with your wife."
Qi Zheng was always busy with his work.
As the mother, Feng Jia Li was afraid that Yun Shu would despise her son's career as a doctor. In the past, Qi Zheng's relationship failed because of his work. Feng Jia Li thought that she should help them with their relationship. Otherwise, this daughter-in-law would be dissatisfied and run away.
Hearing his mother's words, Qi Zheng glanced at Yun Shu again.
